[Red Day is one of the holidays that Dolorosa really enjoys, a celebration of friendship and rivalry and emotions can never be a bad thing. But in the spirit of equality and kindness Dolorosa goes around to every student and gives them a few homemade cookies. Yes, all of you. It doesn't matter what school you are in, she is proud of all of you for trying your hardest.]

[Santana has participated in a few Red Days and even if she isn't the most liked person she understands the spirit of the holiday. For one she will try and be nice all day. All. Day. Take advantage of that.]

[Gift wise, she will give:
every Conquest student who has won a battle a piece of chocolate
Nanami a blanket and some hard candies
Day a home made poison
Brittany way too much chocolate
Karkat a flower and a book on human anatomy

[ Sora is terrible at everything that doesn't exclusively involve movement. This is a known fact of the universe. AND YET she is wandering around, handing out apples to everyone.

The apples have smiley faces carved into them. Wonky faces. If she finds Zero he's getting one too, even if he apparently wears a mask and can't eat it. ]

[ lol gifts. Nope. But she'll appear creepily from nowhere to wish Lelouch and Yuri a good Red Day with a smile, anyway.

All of the flowers they're caring for in Gardening class are red or pink today. If you want to ask her if you can take some, go ahead. ]

[Sis has also gotten into the Red Day Spirit.

1) A rap has been written for Dave [AU]. At the end it says 'Meet me later', she has another gift for him.
2) John [AU]. A blue scarf she thought he would like.
3) Jade [AU]. She also wrote Jade a rap. Ahahaha.
4) Yuki and Suzaku, get 'Nice work!' cards, with little flowers attached to them.
5) Estonia receives a little paper heart, it had a well written thank you later on it.
6) Day and Santana get a 'Straighten your attitude!' pamphlet, with a smiley and a piece of chocolate attached.]

[ Of COURSE John's in the spirit!

1) Pretty much everyone he's ever talked to gets a hand-made Valenti-- er, that is, Red Day card. It's just construction paper and markers, but he put his heart in it.
2) Dave [AU], Jade [AU], Vriska, both Karkats, and Sis all get extra-special ones with stickers and glitter. And also apples.
3) Jade [AU] also gets a drawing of her, Dave, and John. It's not really great, but it's not horrible, and he signed it with a heart, so it's the thought that counts, right?
4) Dave [AU]... well, he bought link charms, but then realised that then Jade would feel left out and you can only link with one person, so he hid them in the bottom of his bag and is just giving Dave an extra apple.
5) Vriska also get a little piece of paper that says "Valid for One (1) rest day with John doing whatever you want".

[He figured playing along would be a good idea.]

[Dahlia: After using the money cheat with her, he has the flower shop send a couple roses to her dorm room, with a note that says "With Thanks! -Lelouch"
Suzaku: Alone time :3c
Nunnally: A cake and some time with Niisan to enjoy it with some tea in the evening.
Suzaku, Gino, Britannia: Lelouch is making a picnic for them to enjoy down on the island beyond the jetty. But there's other things going on during their trip, too.
Cornelia: An apple delivered to her room from an anonymous source.
Nanami, Dolorosa, Day, Recette, all the new prefects, and staff that were here from the last session: A large bundle of homemade cookies, about a dozen each.]

[Dave didn't particularly care for this holiday usually. But people have been surprisingly nice to him so he's going to try and return the favor.]

1) Sis Strider[AU] gets a shitty card that has some sweet rhyme written crudely inside it. He also got her chocolates.
2)Jade Harley [AU] also gets a shitty card. It includes a sweet poem that obviously seems like he struggled to make it work. It also has a drawing in it. It's decent. She also receives a cupcake with green frosting. And sprinkles on top.
3) John Egbert [AU] receives an equally shitty card. It has a stupid drawing too, but no sick rhyme. Dave thought it might be offensive to do that. There's also a cupcake with blue frosting and sprinkles.
4) Yuki, Sora [AU], Shion, Feferi and Brittania receive crudely cut shaped hearts and an apple each.
5) Karkat [OU] gets a very ironic gift! He receives a tiny bucket with a shitty heart painted on. There are paper hearts inside said bucket, but they don't actually look like hearts! Dave probably put no effort into those hearts.

Got:

1) Gamzee Makara gets an awful batch of muffins with crudely drawn diamond pink frosted shapes on top. They look awful but they taste good at least.
2) Jade [AU gets an ugly, homemade card. At the front it says "YOU'RE NOT BAD" with his gray text. Inside is a generic, platonic Valentine's poem.
2) John Egbert [AU] and John Egber get a box of chocolates each. BOX-SHAPED, not heart. There's a note, it says I DON'T HATE YOU.
3) Karkat Vantas [AU], Dave Strider [AU] and Aisha get an apple to the face.
4) Santana gets black roses. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
5) The Dolorosa and Cornelia get flowers.

[Kotaro, Nephenee, and Golbez: An apple each, with a note. "With appreciation for all you've done for me."]

[John tried to get various gifts for his friends and people he's met so far here. ~~Let's just assume he's met the other kids okay there'll be an open log for that later~~

Everyone he's met or knows gets a cupcake, hand-decorated (but not made) by him.

Vriska gets a handmade Valentine's card. Granted it's a little shitty but like AU John, he put his heart into it.
OU Rose gets a handmade Valentine's card too. Like Vriska's, it's friendly.
The AU kids get handmade cards too.
Reimi... you guessed it, also gets a handmade card, but this one has a note saying "Hope you're getting used to the place better! -John"
OU Karkat gets the last handmade card, having a shitty drawing depicting Karkat wielding the Warhammer of Zillyhoo. Also winning all the raks.]

[And in the spirit of excellent cooking...

Oichi, Kotarou, Yuki: A small box of chocolates, about 8 or so in basic red boxes.

Flynn & the Don: Delicious cooking. om nom nom. He beat you to it Flynn hah

He also has extra chocolates (and has a notorious sweet-tooth) so odds are if you run into him, he'll pass a few along.]

[Kotaro is skipping around giving out Red Day Presents, he has barely any money since he has been buying people thank you's for their blood. But anyone he sees gets big hugs, even if he doesn't know you.

Cirno, America, Tear, Remilia, Sis, Sora, Becca, Golbez and Kamui All get hugs and red flowers that have been stolen from a poor NPC's garden.

Sam and Nephenee both get hugs, flowers and a drawing of a red heart.]

[Suzaku isn't too sure about this whole red day thing, but Lelouch had given him a box of small parcels of cookies to hand out, knowing that Suzaku couldn't bake to save his life.

So Britannia, Gino, Nephenee, Estonia, Dahlia, Yuri, England, Dave, Oichi, the Don, America, Becca, Homura, Lithuania and Kevin all get cookies.

Feferi and Lelouch Both get a small box of chocolates.]

[Alfred is a Discard and he doesn't like this place anyway. Therefore he has decided it's stupid and hasn't gotten anything for anyone. Considering he can't buy anything as a Weapon and he can't really cook, it's for the best.

Instead, he will be sitting on a picnic table in town, having brushed the snow off of it, and trying to brainstorm ways to get out of this place. But you can bug him if you want.]

[Lithuania has heard about this and prepared for it, as traditions should be respected and this one is nice anyway. He'll be all over town looking for people.

Estonia, Koharu, Dahlia, Santana, Sis Strider, Shion, Suzaku, Kevin, Homura, Recette, Day, and Marisa receive a small handful of fruit-flavored candy!]

[Well this festival seemed interesting, though he was not sure what he felt about a day that celebrated rivalries. Still he had spent the day before baking and had small cakes to hand out.

Lithuania, Dolorosa, Marisa, Homura, Sis, Karkat, Gamzee, England, Sora, John, Aisha, Karkat, Dave, Becca and Yuuka All get a small box with four cakes in them.

He also hands out lose cakes to any one else who he happens to walk past.]

[Oh look it is everyone's favorite headmistress, she is smiling today though and handing out flowers. Don't worry they are only a little bit poisonous and only if you eat them, so try not to do that.

Santana gets a carved box full of herbs as well as a small mortar and pestal. Only the best for her favorite poisoners apprentice.

Recette gets a cake, it is completely free of poison and is decorated with so many sweets that you can barely see the cake.

Dolorosa gets an apple, it's also not poisoned. Or is it? The Dolorosa will never know unless she risks eating it.

Nanami gets a new set of gardening tools.]

In a small square near the battle arena there is a crowd gathering. If you manage to push through the towns people you will see a set up of two benches parallel to each other. Eight towns people are holding poles across the benches and seem to be rolling them and clashing them together in time to drums.

On the benches there was a young town girl and a older girl some will recognise as the Mayor of Rakuen. They are dancing, though it probably doesn't look like dancing to most people watching. It is a dance and a battle, like skipping but with heavy metal poles ready to crush your ankles if you make a mistake. The drums build up to a climax and the dancers go quicker, finally the younger girl jumps down, admitting defeat. The drums stop and Dunleavy smiles.

No one had known Bench Dancing here, but she had taught it at Fortitude in her time, and taught it to the towns people and it was now quite popular.

There is a table in the square covered in red table clothes and piles of slightly burnt heart shaped cookies. A sign says "Help Yourself, Happy Red Day!"

Lee looked around the crowd, any takers? Or anyone wanting to learn? It is a festival after all and no festival is complete without food and dancing!

[ Fine, whatever. Any Conquest student attending Astronomy gets an apple.

Except for Santana. ]

[Pff, why would he give just one person a gift? Everyone is going to get something! Depending on how much he likes you, a person can expect to get a card, a flower, a box of chocolates and a hamburger. Sometimes all of them together~!]

[All her roommates will get poorly-baked cookies. All of them.
Feferi, AU!John, AU!Dave all get chocolates that she made too, but they aren't half-bad!
Ms. Mayor Dunleavy will get some fresh-baked bread that is not from her.
Gino will get a red ribbon for his glorious new braiding skills.
and Karkat will get an apple to the head.

But she has lots of extras, so she's likely to give more stuff away.]

1) Karkat [OU] gets himself about an entire batch of diamond-shaped sugar cookies. They look good, with cute pink frosting on top and white sprinkles, and are also -- hey wow, good tasting too, although really overly sweet -- because Gamzee likes baking!
2) Oichi gets a chocolate-chipped muffin, because he still remembers their first meeting. He made it himself -- so it is stuffed with way too much chocolate to be allowed. Also, she'll get a 'sorry' note.
3) Feferi Peixes gets an apple. That's it.
4) Dave Strider [AU] gets some really bland cookies.

And anyone else he runs into gets a cookie because why not, he made too many.
