Summary: Arthur chilling but feeling sick from the sun.

[ it was a hot day, very hot. being by the lake made it possibly a bit cooler but that wasn't what made Arthur feel ill, if anything it was that bloody sun.

luckily there was a tree beside the lake, frequently the man would splash his face with water and lean back against the tree, staying calm in the shade. ]

Damn...

[ arthur groaned, his eyes felt like they were burning ]

[Kamui is passing by dressed in pure black as he wanders the island, seeking a way to leave or an area that isn't covered by wall. Unsurprisingly, he has had no luck thus far.

When he spots Arthur, he has all the intention of moving on and disregarding the (apparently) dying man, but instinct tells him to stop and pursue this niggling feeling in the back of his mind. The sensation that there is some kind of... link between the two of them. So, he's walking towards three with curiosity in his eyes.]

[ he can sense it on him, just taking notice to him the connection is strong

arthur has met many people in his life, people that he cared a lot about but the feeling he's getting from this person feels one of his own ]

[For a long moment, Kamui simply observes this man who is so obviously suffering some kind of sweltering heat, before he lets out a low sigh.]

What are you doing?

[igirisu]

[ he doesn't have to confess it, they both already know what one another is ]

What does it look like?

[And quite bluntly:] Masochism.

[igirisu]

[ surprised by that ]

What?

[unbridledfangs]

You're one of them, aren't you? The kind that can't stand daylight.

[While he's never met one personally, he knows enough about the popular stereotype to know they must exist somewhere across the many dimensions. Hell, enough people have mistakenly assumed as much about him and Subaru when they first discovered what they were.]

[ when kamui mentions that, he can't help but feel like he's remembering something ]

I suppose I am... I can't remember.

[unbridledfangs]

A lost memory? [Kamui doesn't seem all that concerned about it but he does at least sympathize a little. He himself, after all, is struggling with his own lost memories. Some of which are much more annoying than others.]

Exactly. I don't remember anything dangerous about being in the sun.

Then you should carry a reminder.

[Unless you want to end up a messy pile of burnt ash on the sidewalk. Your call dude.]

[Actually, he might even forget before then. It seems to vary for each person.]

Yes. [Or at least from what he's heard. Kamui isn't exactly a paragon of socializing.]
