It's the same principle. You pay money and get something in return; if the item you bought is then taken away by the same group you paid to receive it, that's not kosher. Do you even understand the first thing about money?

The shop did not take him away, the town did, while you seem to believe they are connected it makes it seem as if you are blaming Recette for the disappearance of another. I do not think that is something she is capable of.

Well, where I'm from there's one goddess, and she's female. The goddess Althena.

Sure, why not? She brought our people to Lunar, our world, from the Blue Star where humans used to live. She loved singing and dancing. She's gone now, but most people don't know that, so they still worship her.

That's a lovely story, she sounds like a wonderful and peaceful goddess.

From everything I've heard, she was.

Where I am from there are many disagreements over gods, there are new gods and old gods. Differences in belief cause tension.

Yes, it does it get complicated but it also gets dangerous. It's unfortunate.
