After tournament party
Characters: Everyone!Saturday was sunny if a little cold but once again the battle arena was bursting with people. Unlike in the week though everyone was out on the arena field itself, stalls had been set up for games or silly competitions. More tents and stalls sold foods, some which might be familiar to those living in the schools and some that would not be.
Format: Whatever your heart desires!
This log is: Open party log!
Location: Battle Arena
Summary: On Saturday afternoon after the train arrives there is a festival and a presentation of the tournament winners!
Warnings:
At one end there was a stage set up where the six staff members sat, people mingled, ate and discussed the tournament until Dunleavy finally stood to address the crowd.
"I hope that everyone enjoyed the tournament. Today is to celebrate and to reward the winners. Everyone did very well, so please show your appreciation to all those that participated Players and Weapons both."
The townspeople cheered and clapped waving flags of the two schools. "All our winners are from Conquest so congratulations to Conquest for the victory." More cheering; on the stage Day looked smug but proud as well, proud of her students.
~
Once all the prizes had been given out the stage cleared and a small band entered. Dunleavy wished goodbye to the other staff members before retreating to her mansion. It was unfair to Dolorosa and Recette to expect them to watch her when they should be having fun and it really wasn't a celebration without music.

Arthur sneers at him, he would hardly call what Kevin was wearing clothes. Yes, they were in the shape of basic clothing but there are peasants who dress better than the people on this island. Please add fashion to the list of things that Arthur doesn't understand about the future. Or Rakuen.
He also frowns at the hotdog, what weird looking food. Arthur hates this place, it's way too different from home and nothing makes sense.
"Yes, this is my armor from home and as this is a festival to celebrate the tournament I found it suiting." If not he would only be wearing the tunic he has on under the armor. He nods, "Camelot is my home and kingdom, yes."

Still, just because he understands what the guy is going through doesn't mean he knows how to be mature about it. (Kid's only twelve after all.) So when Arthur sneers at him, it gets his hackles up. Enough for him to be a little bit nasty.
"So that makes you the head honcho. Got a question for you: didn't you have a better place to stick a sword besides a rock?"

That's a few episodes away."Being the king does, in fact, make me the head. But who in their right mind would put a sword in a rock?"
Merlin, that's who.

Not technically true, but Kevin's never done Fairy Tales 101. He's pure tennis, all day everyday. So his knowledge of Arthur's world can pretty much be summed up to: he's got a round table, has a wizard buddy named Merlin and got a sword from a rock.
You know, the important stuff.

Then again this Arthur hasn't gotten to his round table yet, although he does have a wizard buddy named Merlin. Also no sword yet, that comes around the same time as the round table.
"There are legends about me?"
See, that's the real important stuff. Namely, he's so important there are legends about him.
