[Well this festival seemed interesting, though he was not sure what he felt about a day that celebrated rivalries. Still he had spent the day before baking and had small cakes to hand out.

Lithuania, Dolorosa, Marisa, Homura, Sis, Karkat, Gamzee, England, Sora, John, Aisha, Karkat, Dave, Becca and Yuuka All get a small box with four cakes in them.

He also hands out lose cakes to any one else who he happens to walk past.]

[Oh. He had thought that his defeat would have been no surprise to her, after all he had warned her that he was not a fighter. Still he nodded, since he was sorry that he had lost her so quickly.] We are meant to honour our allies so...

[ Yuuka does so and stares a moment at the offering, smiling. ] Sweets, is it? Now I know you're just buttering me up~.

[He blushes and smiles] My mum is a baker so... I hope you like them.

[He cocks his head to the side curiously. Why was the other giving him cakes? Obviously, Dave wasn't very used to such a friendly gesture from someone that hadn't know him for years.

But he looks like he really appreciates it.]

[Shion might be getting an apple and a badly cut out heart shoved into his hands and Dave looking slightly flustered as he stares anywhere but at Shion.]

[Shion smiles at him brightly.] Thank you Dave! [It is such a sweet gesture, even if he seems embarrassed.]

[He doesn't do feelings. FEELINGS ARE HARD.

He nods dumbly in response.]

[It's okay Shion does excessive feelings, so it balances out. He just smiles again]

Aw, thanks, man. [ He is about 50% less hostile than when they last spoke. He even smiles when he's given the cakes, and gives Shion some cookies!! ]

[He gives a wry smile, he still hurt from the fight, which had been more like a slaughter.] I had no doubts that I was going to lose, you fought well.

[Honestly, he felt bad for Shion. He knew the boy had probably only gone into the fight so he wouldn't be stuck with the penalty.]

You needn't be sorry. You tried your hardest, and I'm perfectly well. The Player that won me wasn't too terribly bad. [Not that he'd spoken to her all that much...]
