Meet and Greet [Intro #2]

You are brought to your campus and shown to your dorm rooms before you are given permission to wander the campus and the town. Meaning Fortitude students can mingle with Conquest students, they can go visit the shop (shop post will be up later today), or speak to the headmistresses and mayor. Each student now has the Exaclan manuals, a uniform, a school bag with either a shield or a sword on it, and the glove used to pull weapons.

But make sure to come to the battle area later to see the exhibition match!

Take advantage of the free day, the freedom won't last long. Sooner rather than the later the round will start, Players will be named, Weapons will lose their privileges, and the battles will begin. So you might as well go out and make friend or start rivalries, anything to help you along later in the round.

[Lithuania is looking a bit awestruck, walking the halls of the school. It's far more elaborate than anything he's ever seen; Lithuania can't identify half the materials the building is made of, let alone some of the things inside of it.

He's peering into classrooms as he passes them with barely-restrained curiosity.]

[This older troll woman is someone you did not see at the train station when you first arrived. She is the Headmistress of Fortitude and wears a peaceful and friendly smile. She will greet all students of Fortitude and when they start wandering the city she will go along with them and greet all of the Conquest students of well.]

[She is the friendliest person. Back with the previous group of students she would win rounds just by being the Player Weapons wanted to be with.]

[Becca is wandering around the school, awestruck by almost everything. Her old school was nothing like this, and it's amazing seeing such a clean and well put together school. It actually looks like people here care, and that's amazing.]

[Conquest students will notice the smiling woman at the front gates as they arrive. She is eating an apple. She looks a little bored but says hello to people as they pass, or offers comments about their looks, or dress style some of them quite mean... it's how she shows affection, promise.

This is your headmistress but she wont offer that information if you don't ask her, she thinks it's obvious.]

After everything that had gone on since he'd arrived, he was glad to be rid of that costume for the time being. So he wore the school uniform of this place, as strange as it was. He walked from the Fortitude dorms toward the town. He was going to know as much as he could about this place, at least until he found a way out of it.

Suzaku didn't get changed. He was not planning on staying here, he was so confused though, the confrontation on the train had given him a headache.

He left his room and walked out the gates, he looked like he had a purpose but he didn't, not really. Not past finding a way out of here and working out what was going on.

Finally, sweet relief. It was fortunate that Sam had discovered that he was employed here, and not being forced to go through high school all over again. But he pushed those memories away. He'd drawn all the blinds and all of the curtains, so now dark shadows were cast across the rooms. He left the door open, though, in case anyone wanted to stop in. He had fixed his shirt and tie, now that he wasn't so overheated. He had his lab coat on, and his suit jacket hung off the back of his desk chair.

He angled his seat so he could be plainly seen from the door, and he had his nose in this so-called manual he'd been given. This thing was much more useful than his supposed 'prefect'. Thinking about her dragged his eyes out of the book and onto the pink sneakers he wore that were currently kicked up on his desktop for all to see. A strange memento, they were. But it reminded him that once upon a time she would have been the kind of person he would have pursued.

[Marik is pretty much wandering everywhere in the town without a care in the world, since he's awe-struck by just about everything, whilst taking care not to bump into people as he rushes by. Or at least, he tries to.]

Wow, this is fantastic! If only big brother and sister were here to see this too...

Shion got dressed into the uniform mechanically, he didn't understand what was happening and how he could be here. He knew everyone else was just as confused as he was. He had decided the best thing was to do as he was told for now.

After all he was used to that, distant and mostly unknown authority figures telling him what to do. After sitting on his bed for a moment he stood up and left the room to go and explore the campus. He smiled at people he passed them, just because he was confused and scared didn't mean he should be rude to people.

[Aisha's changed into her uniform (no other clothes yet, not much of a choice, and it's pants until she can find tights for the skirt) and has somehow managed to get a huge sub sandwich, which she is eating none too gracefully. She's sitting in on a tree limb, watching people pass, and looks pretty happy.]

[You may see Ramona walking around town, seeing what there is to see. ~~She may or may not be accompanied by someone.~~ This is really a big place. She isn't quite sure where to start.]

[Teddy is sitting on a bench in town, alternately people watching and playing with his new PDA. He's wearing the jeans and hoodie he arrived in, even though it's pretty cold. He looks pretty friendly, and it would totally be a good idea to say hi c: ]

Utena's shaking, but whether it's from the inadequate coverage (summer uniforms! and it's snowing!) or from what she's reading, it's hard to tell. If this is correct, she's to participate in an obscene parody of the dueling game back at...at her old school. Which was itself an obscene parody of the knightly custom of a lady's favor at a tourney. It was like nested Russian dolls of obscenity.

She held back vomit and bile and punched the nearest wooden surface.

[Estonia is doing her valiant best to appear unphased by the mess she's been thrown into. Inner storm, outer calm, if nothing else, because she's freaking out, just a little. She's still carrying around the rule book from her bag, and flips through it every so often, as if the words will reveal something to her. Eventually, they will, she's certain. It's just a matter of knowing exactly what she's looking for and how to use it.

For the moment, she'll be exploring, and perhaps not-so-subtly staring at the computer room, whens she comes across it, in awe.]

Dave was back on the grounds after looking around the city a bit and buying himself his PDA.

He would probably head back out soon though since the city looked like it was worth getting a feel for. For now, he was going to look around the school while he fiddled with his PDA. He already felt a little more at ease having the small electronic device. Anything comfortable in this place was worth relishing, considering he hasn't seen his friends anywhere. The friends that he can't even name at the moment.

[Ukraine is taking his time, wandering through town and investigating the shops and a few of the bookstores now that he's settled into his new place. It's all very strange but he's liking the little town so far.]

[ After walking around the city for a while, Dahlia has returned to her room. She sits down on her bed, sighing.

This city sure is an interesting one. It's not the sort of place she would have chosne to come to, but for now it's definitely better than back home. ]

Road was taking in the new sights across campus and town, her bag slung over one shoulder and hanging open and crooked across her back. This was a lot to take in, and she hadn't even paid attention to half of it. What was on her mind? Whether shorts or a skirt would look better on her in regards to the uniform. It's a terribly complicated choice, you see.

So when she sees Ruka coming towards her, she drags her heels as they cross paths and comes to a stop while turning back to her.

"Hey, yo~u!" She calls out.

( After checking out the city some, they can return to their room. Settling in is made easy by the fact they don't have anything to move in.

Spain will be on one bed, going through one of the drawers to see if he can find anything. So far it's just a book and a pretty boring looking one at that. )

[ Gamzee's having himself a bit of fun before heading back to his room, dorm, whatever it was called. And fun for him is simply watching everybody. There's so many different looking people, tiny kids and tall men. They're all human, too; from what he can tell. The colors wash in and out, fading and blurring, and he doesn't know how long he's been sitting around. He got a PDA, he at least knew he should get something to talk to his friends with, but he hadn't bothered to use it yet. ]
